If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us online. we will try our best to meet your request.
Return Policy
-All purchases (except Final sale/Clearance item(s), swimwear, underwear, panties and accessories) can be returned within 5 days after you have received your order.
Note: Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or is a wrong delivery. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect while submitting the return request online.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
-Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
How to Make Your Return
①Click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom menu of our home page.
②Enter your Name, Email Address, Order Number and Item Description in your email.
③After you submit the return request, you will get authorization and a printable return address label via email within 3 business days.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7 business days to process your return.
We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Kind reminder
-Return packages must be authorized. Any return received by us, but not authorized thru the email process, will not be honored.
-Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Please submit a help ticket from "Contact Us" if you decide to cancel the order.
